Nec Lcd NEC LCD TV - Question Re AV Inputs?

NEC LCD TV - Question re AV Inputs? - nec lcd

I recently received as a gift for a hand (second) NEC LCD TV, model number is NLT-40W. Basically, I have a decoder and a DVD player option supports component video or standard AV (red / white / yellow) and a PlayStation 2, Nintendo Wii and age of the VHS recorder those who only standard AV support . yours
The manual (available in http://www.nec.com.au/docs/nlt-40w_user_ ...) suggests that not only is an element of an AV input (without PC) connectors. There is also no reference to D-TV has the components, but it seems to work with anything.

My question is: Can my TV takes more than two things linked together (without PC), and if so, how. It offers suggestions on how all my things around without stepping reversing all the time in touch?

You are wrong

The manual clearly shows 2 AV inputs, 2 component inputs and a DVI input in addition to VGA.

If you need an HD-top box that has a DVI or HDMI, use it with the DVI-I input on your TV or use.
Connect the DVD player with component.
Use a different AV input for the Wii and PS2
Use the antenna input on the VHS player.

You need a separate / V Selection Window

You can have your DVD into components, and the console / VCR in the A / V with a checkbox.
The second component (D-TV) should work with the Wii at 480i or P. Just select this entry.

You should buy a splitter for the connection to be shared. A change in the line separating each entry with a single keystroke.

You can string if no component input. Ex: Set-Top -> DVD -> TV if your DVD player supports somponent the problem is to manage a number of connected components. The above can not work if the DVD is out ... (something to think about.)

Connect the cables a lot of television at a time when you want. To change the entry with the remote control when switching devices.

Now, if only one AV connection, but 3 audio / video, and you can set them together, you need a switch Ave.
It allows you to connect multiple AV cable. You can buy or order to discern between automatically if we get the signal. You can do the same with the component cables, if the first option does not work.

If your DVD player is compatible with the components, such as removing the support av one of your AV device problems.

Good Luck
We hope that solves your problem
